If you're performing the Game Boy Macro mod simply bridge the two points labeled "Macro" with solder and install normally according to this guide.

To begin we will align the pcb with the pads that we will be soldering to. We recommend securing the board down with some kapton tape to prevent movement while soldering.

After you have finished soldering, you can hold the battery to the contacts to test, if all works then you can proceed onto reassembly.
