๏ปฟ

To configure your device, make sure you're in DInput mode (Blue LED). Next, plug in your device while holding the left button to enter config mode. If you get a permission dialogue, grant permission, then click 'connect' again.

๏ปฟ

When connected all of your settings will become active and you can begin making tweaks.

๏ปฟ

Trigger Modes

The GC Pocket Adapter has three toggle-able trigger modes that can help make your gaming experience that much better! The modes all depend on your adjustable threshold, this can be adjusted in the system settings of the website.

Off

๏ปฟAll analog inputs and digital inputs are forwarded as is, with no software changes.๏ปฟ

Digital

This means that when the triggers are pulled past the set threshold, a digital button press is registered.

Lite

This means that when the a digital button is pressed, a light analog value of 85 will be sent without any digital button presses. This is great for trigger plugs.

Heavy

This means that when the a digital button is pressed, a heavy analog value of 255 will be sent. Along with a digital button press. This is also good for trigger plugs.

๏ปฟ

System Settings

The GC Pocket Adapter also has some built in system settings that you can adjust:

Controller Modes

GC Pocket Adapter Controller Modes:

  • DInput = Blue
  • Switch = Yellow
  • GC = Purple
  • XInput = Green

Each controller mode has a specific use:

  • DInput gets used for windows games and things of that nature, games from Steam for example.
  • Switch mode will connect to a Switch and function and allow you to use your controller on a Switch.
  • GC mode allows you to use your ProGCC like a GameCube controller, on PC, Mac, Switch, and Android.
  • XInput mode is newer than DInput mode, and will act as an Xbox 360 controller when used on PC.

Each controller mode has individual trigger modes, as well as a Z jump option.

๏ปฟ

Z Jump

Z Jump allows you to rebind what button you have your jump set to, you can swap it to X or Y, as well as leave it defaulted to Z.

Live Controller View

At the bottom of the page is a live view of the controller and its outputs for both the sticks and trigger buttons. You can also expand the bottom tab and see a live view of the snapback on your controller.
