AGB FunnyPlaying Laminated Bracket Trimming

FunnyPlaying originally released the laminated GBA kits with one version of the alignment bracket, however a version has been given to us for a portion our kits that has caused fitment issues with the IPS kits. This guide will show you to to trim the guide to resolve these issues.

The original bracket

Please note that there is now another updated version of the bracket that does not require trimming. If your bracket does not look like the one in the photo directly above, "Fitment Issue Bracket", do not trim it as it is not needed.

To resolve the issues with fitment, we will flip the bracket over and trim off the edge highlighted in red.

This image has the bracket flipped over from the last image.



We should then have a flush edge on the back of the bracket.



From here it should fit into the console and be held down by the motherboard.
